Pumpkins

There’s not much to say about this latest little fall watercolor.  It’s a cliche — nothing more, nothing less.  It is a study.  The subject matter itself doesn’t truly interest me in the same way that, say, the landscape or the still life of a salad or the portrait of my Senegal parrot does.  I will choose my next subject with more mindfulness, so that it speaks to me a bit more.  (This could be a good autumn greeting card illustration, perhaps).
